Directions: Put the infuser into a shaker, add 7gr/.24 of of sugar, and 2 oz of selected spirit; infuse for 3-6 minutes.
Check that sugar has dissolved, add 1 oz lemon juice for Cosmo or Margarita or 1 oz orange juice for peach daikiri and 1 oz water or seltzer.
Add 3 spoons of crushed ice, shake for 15-20 seconds and serve in a cocktail glass. Enjoy!
